The Denk Group

The Denk Group is a globally active company with the focus on pharmaceuticals, food supplements and health-promoting raw materials.

The company consists of three different business divisions: Denk Pharma, Denk Nutrition, and Denk Ingredients.

Our History

For 75 years, we have been creating access to healing in over 80 markets worldwide

1948

Founding of E. DENK OHG by Elisabeth and Karl Denk. The company is headquartered at Prinzregentenstr. 79 in Munich.

1952

E. DENK OHG begins exporting medications.

1978

Over 200 products are exported through government tenders.

1980

Karl Denk retires, and E. DENK OHG is continued by E. Merck KG. Stephan Huber Senior takes over the management.

1990

Spin-off and acquisition of Denk Pharma by Stephan Huber Sr., continuing as an independent family business.

1995

Denk Pharma is strategically realigning itself. Under the slogan “Quality for Your Health – Made in Germany,” the focus is shifting to the private market, away from the government tender market.

2010

Stephan Huber Sr. hands over Denk Pharma to his son Stephan Huber Jr.

2013

Denk Pharma celebrates its 65th company anniversary and is awarded the Bavarian Export Prize.

2014

Launch of the dietary supplement product line under the brand name “Denk Nutrition”.

2015

The product portfolio is continuously expanding; Denk Pharma now exports to over 80 countries. The company headquarters are still located at Prinzregentenstr. 79 in Munich.
